Built for developers & owners

Your capital,
on the record

Everything you know about your sites arrives filtered through parties with a stake in the story. Oblix gives you the unfiltered version: the sites themselves, dated and measured.

The owner’s problem

Reporting with an agenda

Progress reports are compiled by the parties being paid against them. By the time optimism becomes undeniable, the recovery options have narrowed.

Oversight that doesn’t scale

Visiting every active site monthly is a calendar problem at three projects and an impossibility at ten, especially across borders.

The asset outlives the evidence

At handover, what is inside the walls is whatever the file says. Latent-defect arguments start with no one holding photographs.

What changes with the record

One weekly walk per site puts every project on the same evidence standard, whether it is across town or across the region.

Walk any site from the boardroom

Every active project, navigable in the browser, current to the last walk. You reach a site already knowing its state, so the visit confirms rather than uncovers.

The 360° viewer

Certify payments against measurement

Applications are reviewed against AI-measured work in place. Certification then rests on the record instead of on someone’s word.

AI progress measurement

A portfolio on one page

Progress, cost and safety indicators across every project, fed by the record and comparable because they are measured the same way.

Reports & dashboards

An asset record that survives handover

Everything photographed weekly before it disappeared behind finishes. The archive transfers with the asset.

Asked and answered

Does this require our contractors’ cooperation?

Only access for one walker on a weekly route. Many owners nominate their own engineer or the consultant’s, so the record does not depend on the contractor’s reporting.

We operate in three countries. Does that matter?

No. The record is browser-based and the capture procedure is identical everywhere, which is exactly what makes a cross-border portfolio comparable.
