The situation
Finishing works on a coastal resort are hard to track precisely because the quantities are spread thin: waterproofing here, screed there, across 14 buildings and hundreds of rooms. The owner’s monthly reports aggregated everything into a single percentage nobody could interrogate.
What Oblix did
Oblix’s vision models segmented each weekly capture into work surfaces (insulation, screed, plaster, paint) and mapped their status building by building. The owner team read finishing progress off a coloured plan and drilled into the imagery behind any number.
What changed
- Percent-complete became auditable: every figure linked to the frames it was measured from.
