Privacy policy
Last updated: [DATE, set at legal review]
DRAFT FOR LEGAL REVIEW. This policy is a structured placeholder prepared by the website team. It must be reviewed and approved by counsel before launch, in particular for Egypt PDPL (Law 151/2020), KSA PDPL and UAE data protection alignment.
1. Who we are
This website (oblix.tech) is operated by Oblix Tech Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Oblix”, “we”). [PLACEHOLDER: confirm the registration number and registered agent address with operations before publishing.] This policy describes how we handle personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we collect on this site
We collect only the information you submit through our demo request form:
- Contact details: name, work email address, company, company type, and optionally phone number and a message.
- We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site. If that changes, for example by adding a privacy-focused analytics tool, this policy will be updated first.
3. How we use it
We use the data you submit to respond to your request, schedule product demonstrations, and contact you about Oblix services. The legal basis is your consent, given when submitting the form, which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Sharing and processors
We do not sell personal data. Form submissions are transmitted to our request-handling service at api.oblix.tech and stored on our infrastructure. Two sub-processors handle this data: Google Cloud Platform (hosting) and Resend (delivering the email notification of your request). We do not use a third-party CRM.
5. Retention
Demo request data is retained until you ask us to delete it. There is no fixed retention period; you may request deletion at any time using the contact details below.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw consent to further contact at any time by writing to us at the address below.
7. Contact
