The situation
A developer headquartered in Cairo was delivering four office towers simultaneously in the New Administrative Capital, an hour from the head office on a good day. Progress reviews depended on contractor photo reports: cropped, unordered images no one could check against the programme.
What Oblix did
A site engineer walked each tower once a week with a 360° camera on a hardhat mount. Oblix aligned every walk to the floor plans automatically, so the owner team could stand in any room on any date from a browser, compare it to the previous week, and check reported percent-complete against what the walls actually showed.
What changed
- Monthly progress meetings ran on the visual record, not on competing photo folders.
