The situation
Three warehouse phases ran in parallel with different subcontractors and one planning engineer. Assembling the weekly progress report meant a day of chasing photos, marking up plans, and reconciling claims from three site offices.
What Oblix did
Each phase was captured on a fixed weekly route. Oblix tied the imagery to the programme, generated progress summaries per zone, and kept one dashboard for the GC and the owner’s engineer, so both sides worked from the same numbers and pictures instead of separate versions.
What changed
- The weekly report became an export instead of a day of work.
- Steel erection slippage in Phase 2 was flagged from capture comparisons three weeks before it hit the critical path.
- The owner’s engineer reviewed works remotely between formal site visits.
